I'm starting to gain a bigger audience from different countries, so I've decided to switch back to writing in english so more people can read without having to translate everything. Hope this is okay for everyone!

I've had a few not so good days recently so I thought I could share some of my tips on how to turn your bad mood around. 
 
  • Go outside. Even if the weather is shitty. It has an amazing way of resetting your mood. 

  • Do whatever you need to do to make yourself laugh. Watch funny youtube videos, watch movies, ask your friends or significant other to cheer you up. Whatever you need to do. 

  • Write a list of your long term goals. It will most likely cheer you up to think about the things you want to achieve in life.

  • Think positive and be grateful for what you have.

  • Smile at everyone you see.

  • Listen to music that makes you happy.

  • Eat something healthy, your brain and body will thank you.

  • Drink a glass of water.

  • Give yourself a peptalk.

And good and healthy food is always great 👍
I love that my house 🏡 is single, no close by neighbors, so I can turn up the music 🎶
