Doing something is always better than nothing. Don't really feel like doing your homework etc? Do it for 5 minutes, that way you pushed yourself and did more than nothing. Chances are you'll feel good because you did it. Get your mind set on this.
Take a shower. Being clean makes you feel better and productive.
Always make your bed in the morning. This should be the first thing you do, it sets your mood for the day so if you start it off by being productive, you will most likely have a productive day.
Meditate. This one goes with the 5 minute rule, even if you don't want to meditate, do it for 5 minutes, it's better than nothing and medititating is good for you wether you like it or not.
Wear something that you feel good in. Is it a dress? That cozy onesie? Whatever you like wearing, wear it.
Listen to music. Music taste can vary from person to person, but most people get more motivated to do things when the music is upbeat.
Make lists. I make lists no matter what the subject is. Cleaning the house? Write down all the rooms and things to clean. Doing your homework? Write it down, that way you can cross it off when you're down with one task and it will keep you motivated to finish it.
Drink water and eat food that doesn't weigh you down. Feeling unproductive and tired? Drink tons of water and don't eat mc donalds, a chicken salad is a way better option.
Shut off your phone and other electronics. Not hearing your phone vibrate or beep every 10 minutes makes it alot easier to get stuff done, I promise.
Exercise. Do I really need to explain this one? You should get your body moving, it helps with everything.
Establish routines. Staying motivated everyday for a longer period of time can be difficult, but hving routines makes it easier to get things done without really thinking about it too much. If you get into the habit of making your bed every morning, drinking at least one glass of water before and after bedtime, exercising a few times a week etc, makes it easier in the sense that you just do it without really thinking about it. When you start to feel unproductive later in the day, just think about what you've already done and it will most likely get your mood up again.
