Hello loves!
Yesterday was a fun but long day. We spent a few hours just relaxing and and enjoying the weekend before we started getting ready for the halloween party thing later in the evening. It started at 6 so we left around 5:30.
I had a mini spa for myself with facials and whatnot. It was lovely! I put a mask on Simon aswell so we were both glowing by 3 o'clock! 😂
We decided to dress up as Archie & Veronica from the show Riverdale, they are our (well mine, at least) favorite couple/characters on the show so we thought it was fitting to dress up as them. I recently dyed my hair black and Simon dyed his red(orange ish, so our haircolors were on point for these costumes.
Simon had the signature jacket with a white tee and blue jeans, so basically your typical Archie outfit.
I chose to wear something similar to Veronica navy dress with the white collar. I had pretty much the same thing but black in my color and without the lace sleeves, so I went with that, some black tights and a pair of black heels.
I didn't get a picture of my makeup but it was the standard V look, dark brows and dark lips. I did a small winged eyeliner for some definition and a little contouring with just a tiny bit of hightlighter.
We decided to skip the afterparty so we were in bed by 1am (yes we're pretty much old people living in young bodies lol) and I'm glad we went home early because I've been dead all day today!!
Today was just spent on the couch watching netflix literally from 10am to 5pm, we then went to the store and got some food, ate dinner and now we're back in front of the tv watching Marvel movies.
Tomorrow is monday, a new week with new opportunities. Back to school and work! I'm gonna get into a routine with working out in the morning after Simon leaves for school, before settling down on the couch with my laptop and get some work done! I'm hoping to squeeze in a short walk as well to get some fresh air. Maybe I'll even sit out on the balcony while working... Who knows?
I should get off my computer now and pay attention to the movie, so I'll catch you tomorrow!
