Hello loves!
Sorry for being completely MIA these last few days. I have a good excuse though.

I was supposed to work on friday from 6-10pm, but I woke up with a really bad headache and nausea. My first though was: OH NO AM I PREGNANT? Because I was on the verge of throwing up, and you know, nausea is a pregnancy symptom. My headache just got worse and worse and I was awake for about 4-5 hours before I woke Simon up. My head was pounding and I couldn't move, I was just laying in bed like a dead fish, hoping that the pounding would stop. It never did though. Eventually I thre up, twice.
I took a pregnancy test, it was negative - thank god. So it wasn't that... I was in bed all day just waiting for the headache to go away. The nausea was still there, but I'm kinda used to that so it didn't bother me as much as the headache did.
Here's one thing about me: I NEVER get headaches, it happenes like once a year, maybe. So for me to wake up with a pounding headache that lasted for hours and was so bad that I literally threw up, was really unusual for me. Not normal.
I was feeling a little bit better when it was time to go to work, so I went there, but I only stayed for 2 hours max. The headache returned and I felt like I was gonna throw up everywhere.
I went home and tried to sleep it off. The next day was just as bad. Woke up with a pounding headache, was stuck in bed all day and barely ate anything. I called in sick to work, because I figured it would be best if I just stayed in bed and didn't push myself too much. Maybe the headache was my body's way of telling me to slow down? I had been working at least 9 hours everyday without pretty much any breaks.
I woke up on sunday feeling a little better, it was still there but not nearly as bad. I decided to take it easy though and stayed in bed and watched netflix all day. I thought the worst was over because I felt pretty okay when we went to bed, but oh boy was I wrong.
On monday morning, I woke up when SImon was heading out, we said goodbye like we do everyday. I wasted some time on my phone before eventually getting up to go to the bathroom and then eat.
As soon as I stood up, the universe started spinning and it felt like someone hit me in the head with a sledgehammer. I went right back to bed and buried my head under my pillow. It got worse and it was so bad that I actually couldn't keep my eyes open. I texted Simon and told him and we decided that he would come home. We called a taxi when he got home and then went to the emergency room. I still don't understand how I managed to walk down the stairs and into the cab, but I guess I was just so tired of the headache that I just pushed through. We spent hours at the hospital, I think we got there around 12:30 and we were home at like 7:15, so we spent pretty much the whole entire day there.
The doctors did some testing, some bloodtests, ekg and other doctory stuff. They couldn't find anything alarmingly wrong, so they came to the conclusion that it was probably a migraine.
This is very abnormal for me though, so they want me to come back in if I start puking again or get a fever.
I'm crossing my fingers that it won't get worse again, because right now I'm feeling a little better, I'm able to get some work done on my computer and I ate some breakfast, so that's good.
I booked massages for us tonight, so I'm just gonna take it easy today and get as much work done as possible without doing too much and then go lay in heaven for 75 minutes.
